Scope of managed data
Details of the training participants and contacts provided during the application for the training (name, company name, position, email address, telephone number) and other personal data of the training participants required for official data provision (name, mother’s name, place and date of birth, school education).
Purpose of data management
Fulfillment of the information and administration related to the participation in the course, as well as the fulfillment of the obligation to provide data.
Legal basis for data management
The legal basis of data management is the fulfillment of a contractual obligation, the provision of data is based on legal requirements.
Duration of data management
From the conclusion of the adult education contract until the last day of the eighth year.
Provision of official data
Regarding the trainings, the Adult Education Act requires the Organizer to provide official data. Thus, the Organizer is obliged to forward the personal data (name, mother’s name, place and date of birth, education) and email address of the training participants to the official bodies.
